To support the quick business expansion and to build up the talent pipeline of DBS China, we welcome you to join the DBS Management Associate Programme (MAP). MAP is a leadership training programme which currently spans for 18 months. The programme is open to fresh graduates (master degree holders) and graduates with less than 2 years’ working experiences from all disciplines and majors.

l Complete MA rotation and training as required.
l Obtain comprehensive banking knowledge through training & attachment arranged.
