【招聘职位】

照料- MBA结业生

您将会为客户提供组织设计、人才生长和激励等方面的专业的治理咨询效劳。主要的事情职责包括相识客户的焦点需求，为客户提供有价值的解决计划，并能够开发和坚持与客户的恒久相助关系。

我们期望您在项目实验历程中体现您的决断力，并本着对客户高度认真的理念严酷要求自己以及团队。作为一名精彩的咨询照料，您需要具有优异的人际相同能力和盼愿乐成的自我驱动力，在一直提升自我的同时，也为提升您的团队和客户做出应有的孝顺，一直学习进取，并且乐于与他人分享知识和履历。

剖析师-硕士或本科结业生

您将会加入到组织设计，人才生长与激励等各领域的咨询项目中，主要的职责包括但不限于协助项目团队举行行业研究、数据剖析及建议书撰写。

我们期望您具有强烈的求知欲、优异的团队相助意识和效劳客户的激情，能施展自动性以高效地完成项目团队的事情，能够高效处置惩罚多重使命，并学以致用，将合益集团经典的看法和要领准确地应用到咨询项目中以解决客户现实的问题。高度的无邪性也很是要害：您需要具备快速的反应能力，在既定的时间内，能够基于客户的差别需求接纳差别的方法无邪应对。

Consultant - MBA Graduates

You will be working with clients in projects to deliver the well defined

consulting services by deploying personal expertise in the areas of

organizing, developing and motivating people. Your main responsibility will

be understanding key demands of clients and make sure of accurate and

value-added delivery as well as keeping long-term relationship with our

clients.

You are expected to be decisive when action needs to be taken and to demand

exacting standards from yourself and colleagues. Outstanding interpersonal

and communication skills would be key for your success as a consultant. We

also expect you with strong drive to achieve and to develop yourself, your

colleagues and your clients. We look for evidence of learning and knowledge

sharing as well as for a strong focus on helping others get results.

Analyst - University Graduates

You will be deeply involved in various projects in the areas of organizing,

developing and motivating people. Your main responsibility will be

assisting consultants throughout whole projects including but not limited

to industry research, data analyst and proposal drafting.

The main things we expect from you are a strong drive to learn, team work,

passion to improve the effectiveness of client organizations and commitment

to accurate delivery. Flexibility is key: you need to quickly fit your

behavior into the situation or the individual you are dealing with and to

take specific actions to meet client's needs. We hope to see evidence of

initiative and of soliciting colleagues' help on specific issues or

decisions. You also need to be able to do research and work through

multiple tasks by applying models and concepts accurately.
