Terms and Conditions:
1. Objective
1.1 Credit Suisse (Hong Kong) Limited ("Credit Suisse") wishes to encourage outstanding students of Peking University to consider careers within the Credit Suisse Equity Sales team. Credit Suisse is proud to introduce a video competition (“Video Competition”) whereby applicant(s) whose videos are selected by Credit Suisse will be given an opportunity to attend a first round interview for the Credit Suisse 10-week summer internship programme in Hong Kong with the Credit Suisse Equity Sales team.
2. Details
2.1 Interview: The selected applicant(s) will be given the opportunity to attend a first round interview for a summer internship position in the Equity Sales team (“Interview”).
3. Summer Internship Programme
3.1 The selected applicant(s) will be given the opportunity to participate in s first round I nterview for a paid position in Credit Suisse's Summer Internship Programme working with the Equity Sales team.
3.2 Credit Suisse's Summer Internship Programme is a 10-week programme commencing in June each year. The Summer Internship Programme with the Equity Sales team operates to give interns exposure to the Equities business in the Investment Banking Division and is an important source of candidates for full-time employment with Credit Suisse in Hong Kong. It provides interns with the opportunity to participate in our unique collaborative culture. During the Summer Internship Programme, interns meet and network with peers and Credit Suisse employees from all levels and will be given a chance to develop a skill set that will set them apart from other graduates embarking on careers in finance.
3.3 The winner of the video competition should be available from June to August 2016 to participate in the Summer Internship Programme on a fulltime basis.
4. Eligibility Criteria 2
4.1 To be eligible for the Video Competition, you must be:
(a) a student at Peking University graduating between December 2016 and June 2017; and
(b) enrolled fulltime in an undergraduate or Master’s degree programme from any academic field on-campus (i.e. not on a correspondence programme or an exchange student at Peking University).
4.2 Students do not need to possess any prior finance experience or knowledge.
5. How to Apply
5.1 Video submissions (“Video”) should fulfil the following requirements:
(a) be originally made and created by you (not professionally filmed);
(b) no longer than 3 minutes in duration;
(c) be in English;
(d) must answer the question “Why am I a good fit for Equity Sales?”; and
(e) be formatted in .mp4 or .mov format and 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio (HD / HD ready).
5.2 Applicants must register with the Peking University Career Development Centre and collect a Credit Suisse USB Stick by 17:00 on Monday, October 19, 2015.
5.3 Applicants should film and save a Video onto the Credit Suisse USB Stick and submit it not later than the date in Clause 6 together with the following necessary documentation:
(a) a resume;
(b) an original copy of the attached Personal Information Collection Statement duly signed by the applicant; and
(c) an original copy of these Terms and Conditions duly signed by the applicant.
The above items 5.3(a), (b) and (c) are referred to collectively as the “Application Documents”. Applications submitted without the signed Terms and Conditions and Personal Information Collection Statement will not be considered.

5.5 A confirmation email will be sent to you upon the receipt of your submission.
6. Closing Date
6.1 The closing date to submit your Video is Friday, October 16, 2015 17:00 Beijing Time. Videos received after this date will not be accepted.
7. Offer of Interview
7.1 All hardcopy correspondence during the application process will be sent to the mailing address stated in your Application Documents. Please ensure that your address details in your Application Documents are up-to-date.
8. Privacy
8.1 The information you provide to Credit Suisse in connection with the Video Competition, including all personal data contained in the Video and the Application Documents, are collected for the purpose of processing your application, assessing whether or not you should be given an interview for the Summer Internship Programme and other purposes in connection with the administration of the Video Competition and the Summer Internship Programme.
8.2 You have a right to access your personal information that Credit Suisse holds, subject to any exceptions provided under relevant legislations. 8.3 Credit Suisse will not publicly circulate the Video. You agree to give Credit Suisse permission to reproduce and disseminate the Video and the Application Documents to authorised personnel within the Credit Suisse Group for the purpose of assessing your suitability for the Summer Internship Programme.
8.4 Credit Suisse will erase all data on Credit Suisse USB sticks and permanently delete the Video upon the completion of the selection process. 9. Limitation of Liability and Warranties
9.1 Credit Suisse shall not be responsible for the content of the Video.
9.2 By submitting your Video to Credit Suisse, you will be responsible for the contents of your Video and agree that Credit Suisse bears no responsibility for the content of your Video.
9.3 Further, you warrant that:
(a) the content of your Video is original and does not infringe any copyright of any other persons/entities;
(b) your Video does not contain any defamatory statement, offensive and/or illegal material, politically sensitive or offensive content, or contain any content which may infringe the legal rights of any third party relating to privacy, reputation, image, name and other rights of personality as protected by relevant PRC and Hong Kong laws and regulations;
(c) the content of your Video does not disclose or contain any state secret, or is in breach of any confidentiality obligation under any applicable law or contracts;
(d) any views or opinions presented in your Video are solely yours and do not represent the position or views of the Credit Suisse Group; and
(e) you have obtained the consent of any individuals who are featured in the Video (eg. individuals who play a role or are interviewed in the Video, as opposed to unidentified random individuals who play no significant role in the Video).
10. Other Conditions
10.1 The selected applicant(s) will be given an opportunity to attend a first round interview for a position in Credit Suisse's Summer Internship Programme but does not constitute a guaranteed offer of a position in Credit Suisse's Summer Internship Programme. Further, neither the offer of an interview nor a position in Credit Suisse's Summer Internship Programme should be construed as a guarantee or commitment of any ongoing employment with Credit Suisse.
10.2 Credit Suisse retains its sole absolute discretion in organising the Video Competition, including its decision to change these terms and conditions and cancel the Video Competition without notice, and its decision shall be final and not subject to challenge.

Why we collect your personal data

- any other information required in application forms provided by Credit Suisse or any other information provided by you in any supporting documentation in connection with any Initiatives.
Who we share your personal data with
Personal data held by us will be kept confidential but we may provide your personal data to the following persons (who may be within or outside the HKSAR), to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes specified above and to the extent permissible by law:
- the head office and any branches, representative offices, subsidiaries or associated or affiliated companies of the Credit Suisse Group AG, wherever located;
- any agent, contractor or third party service provider who provides administrative, telecommunications, information technology, data processing or storage, event management, or any other services to us in connection with our Initiatives;
- any partner organizations of Initiatives, including staff and alumni of universities;
- any of our auditors, legal and/or other professional advisors or any other person under a duty of confidentiality to us;
- any person to whom we are under an obligation to make disclosure under the requirements of any applicable law or regulations.
