Mario Cardullo's experience as engineering and management professional specializing in technology management is considerable. Mario Cardullo was chosen as one of the 100 technology leaders in the Commonwealth of Virginia (1997-98). Mr. Cardullo is widely published (130 papers, books and articles) in the fields of management of technology (MOT), technology entrepreneurism, energy, and systems engineering. Mr. Cardullo serves as the Counselor, Technology and Entrepreneurism, to the Under Secretary of Commerce for the International Trade Administration. In 2003 Mr. Cardullo was nominated for the Presidential National medal of Technology for his invention of the RFID Tag and conceiving the mobile communication satellite concept. Mr. Cardullo is also the US Chairman or the US-Australian Venture Capital Working Group.Mario Cardullo has also served as a technology advisor to the State Science and Technology Commission of the PRC through a contract with the U.S. Department of Energy.
Mario Cardullo先生作为工程手艺及治理专家，在科技项目及企业治理方面拥有富厚履历。他曾中选为1997—98年度弗吉尼亚联邦100位优异手艺首脑之一，出书及揭晓了大宗关于手艺治理、手艺创业、能源和系统工程等方面的论文和著作。Cardullo先生现在任职于美国商务部，担当手艺及创业特殊照料。2003年，他作为RFID标签的发明者和移动通讯卫星看法的提出者，被提名为美国总统勋章手艺类候选人，并因RFID标签的发明荣获2004年度麻省理工学院发明者奖章的提名。Cardullo先生同时担当美国—澳大利亚创业投资事情委员会、美国—欧盟中小企业融资事情委员会、中美中小企业融资相助事情组的美方主席，以及团结国欧洲企业经济委员会工委主席。
Mario Cardullo先生不但拥有数十年创业实战履历,并且对创业投资理论做过深入的理论思索和总结，成为美国创业理论的集大成者。在青年时期，Cardullo先生曾先后建设“领先科技新闻网站”（Sci-Central.com）、“信息效劳公司”（Communication Services）、“通讯卫星公司”（Communications Satellite Corporation）等多家高科技公司担当高级治理职员。在积累了一定创业履历之后，又开办了“创业投资治理公司”（Venture Management）并担当总裁之职。Cardullo先生厥后又专注于创业与创业投资的理论研究，并担当弗吉尼亚工学院、北弗吉尼亚州立大学、乔治华盛顿大学、德克萨斯大学和马里兰州立大学及英国牛津、赫尔和巴斯大学等多家高等院校的创业治理学教授。
