主讲人先容：
邵子力于1984年结业于中国政法大学 ，1991年结业于墨尔本大学。此前曾在北京的中信状师事务所（C&C Law Office）、墨尔本的Westbank Banking Corporation、万盛国际状师事务所（Mallesons Stephen Jaques） ，以及安德慎状师事务所（Allens Arthur Robinson）等机构任职。从1998年起至2009年4月 ，他担当年利达的中国区治理合资人 ，关于与中国有关的跨境企业事务、并购生意、大型基建项目等领域相当熟悉。2010年1月最先 ，他出任摩根大通中国区董事长兼首席执行长。
